Prices on the website are subject to change. Nonetheless, we will stick to the price we give you on a formal quote for 30 days upon availability.

Terms

We trust people. New accounts are open with 30 days terms from invoice date from the get to go. A credit limit is initially set but can be revisited as business builds up. This said, all accounts over 60 days will be set on hold and will need to be paid in full prior to the next order. In the very unfortunate and unlikely situation where an account needs to be sent to collection, collection fees of 25% will be charged to the account. 


Warranty on parts sold by G2Bpro inc. 
  • New parts are sold guaranteed free of defect in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Parts must have been installed and used as intended by the manufacturer.
  • A warranty request must be submitted to G2Bpro Inc. prior to returning the parts. Follow the same procedure as for a simple return.
  • Defective parts must be returned to G2Bpro Inc. for consideration. Some parts (hydraulic pump, fuel injection pumps, turbos etc.) may have to be returned to the original manufacturer for evaluation prior to warranty consideration.
  • Warranty terms only cover parts and components sold by G2Bpro Inc. Warranty terms do not include any labor required for installation or peripheral parts, related or not to the defective part.
  • G2Bpro Inc. will not be held responsible for loss of time, crop or other products subsequent to a failure of a part sold by us. 
  • We verify all used parts sold through us purchased from our suppliers. Used parts are sold as is with no warranty.


TVH / G2Bpro Return Policy

General Return Conditions

Attention! Before making a return for any reason, you must request a ​Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). 

Attention! All returns must be shipped to G2Bpro, 2 Industrielle St., Ste-Cecile-de-Milton, Qc, J0E 2C0

Two situations require the return of parts purchased from TVH and/or G2Bpro:

  1. Product Non-Conformity (Non-Compliance) 
  2. Request for the Supplier to take back a part (Customer remorse)

  1. Product Non-Conformity

​We consider the following situations as "non-conformity" :

  • The part does not match the description / OEM part number of the one ordered. 
  • The part was damaged during shipping.

​**Warning! If the box in which the part was shipped is damaged, you must demand that the carrier notes this upon delivery** 

In both cases, you must contact us by email (support@g2bpro.com) or by phone 450-994-2906 and initiate the return request upon receipt of the part. Return requests for non-conformity that are submitted more than 5 business days after receipt of the part will be refused. .

You will also need to provide the required information such as photos, model, serial number, etc.. depending on the reason for the return request. This information will be validated before the return is confirmed. 

Once the information is received and confirmed, you will receive an RMA return confirmation along with a return label at our expense. There are no return fees for non-conforming parts.  


2. Request for the Supplier to take back the part

Procedure for Generating Returns

  • Returns for parts ordered via the TVH agrishop site must be generated through your TVH account or from the corresponding order on the G2Bpro portal. The return procedure is available on your G2Bpro portal .
  • Returns for parts ordered directly from G2Bpro must be generated from your G2Bpro order on your portal. 

Returns Policy

Returned parts must be in their original condition, in original packaging, ready for resale

  • No returns accepted after 90 days from the delivery date.
  • No returns on products under $15
  • Returns must be sent to G2Bpro within 30 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

The transportation of parts back to G2Bpro is the responsibility of the customer returning the parts. Parts that arrive damaged are the responsibility of the customer. 

 Restocking Fees

Restocking fees will be charged on all returns other than part of non-conformity. 

  • Return request within 14 days of the original invoice: 20%
  • Return request between 15 and 60 days of the original invoice: 25%
  • Return request between 61 and 90 days of the original invoice: 30%
  • No returns accepted after 90 days of the original invoice. 

Additional Fees

  • Returns without RMA documentation will be charged an additional fee of 5%.
