Here are some essential tips and advice to help you understand, organize and track your backorders on the agri.shop.tvh.com website.
Automatic notifications
Activate the Backorder Alert in your setting to receive an email as soon as a part becomes available. You can also request a periodic backorder report.
Real-time tracking
In your order history, use the "Backorders" tab to get an overview of the processing status and the assigned carrier.
Your shipping preferences
Set up your shipments in the "Order and Delivery" section. Choose to ship with your next order ("With next shipment") or to wait until the backorder is complete.
Final review
At the order checkout process, you can still adjust the priority of your backorders in the shipping information section.
